Any planned construction and uses of property within the Village of Wadsworth, whether existing or new, is reviewed by this Committee (other than residential). 

The Committee looks at consistent property uses, and compares such to the Village's Comprehensive Plans and current zoning requirements. 

Furthermore, this Committee assists property owners, developers, and contractors with the successful implementation of their building and zoning proposals in accordance with the Village's Codes and Ordinances.
