Any planned construction and uses of property within the Village, whether existing or new, is reviewed by this Committee (other than residential).  The Committee looks at consistent property uses and compares it to the 10-year Comprehensive Plan and current zoning requirements.  Further, the Committee assists property owners, developers and contractors with successful implementation of their proposals in accordance with Village Codes and Ordinances.
